That means employees are often pressured to improve “production” and meet “quotas”. In fact, sales contests are frequently used to incentivize advisors to sell more of their proprietary products to you, their clients.
When you work with Hosler Wealth Management, we’re primarily fee-based. Instead of raising profits for shareholders, you’re our biggest priority. We have no public shareholders to report to. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals and by doing that, we do well too because our interests are aligned with yours.
